We are seeking an orthopedic surgeon as a 1099 independent contractor to provide on-site care, typically for a 4-hour weekly or biweekly shift. This flexible role complements your practice and involves managing complex patients, facilitating return to work, and providing surgical and non-surgical orthopedic services.
Responsibilities include treating patients, collaborating with medical teams, and active case management. Compensation is based on a revenue share model.
Qualifications:
– Experience with work-related injuries preferred
– State licensure, MD or DO degree, unrestricted DEA license
– Board Certified or Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
– Medical Malpractice Insurance required
