The role involves managing complex patients, facilitating return to work, and collaborating with medical and therapy teams for non-surgical and surgical treatments related to musculoskeletal injuries.
Responsibilities include flexible scheduling, case management, and communication with employers. Compensation is based on a revenue share model.
Qualifications include experience with work-related injuries, licensure, MD or DO degree, board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery, and malpractice insurance.
