We are seeking an orthopedic surgeon as a 1099 independent contractor to provide on-site care for approximately 4-hour shifts weekly or biweekly.
Responsibilities include managing complex patients, supporting return-to-work efforts, and collaborating with medical and therapy teams on non-surgical and surgical treatments for work-related injuries. You will also communicate with employers and participate in case management.
Qualifications include experience with work-related injuries, licensure, MD or DO degree, unrestricted DEA license, and board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery. Malpractice insurance is required.
