We are seeking an orthopedic surgeon as a 1099 independent contractor to provide on-site care during 4-hour weekly or biweekly shifts.
You will assist in managing complex patients, expedite return to work, and collaborate with medical and therapy teams for non-surgical and surgical treatments of work-related injuries. Communication with employers and active case management are essential.
Qualifications include experience with work-related injuries, state licensure, MD or DO degree, unrestricted DEA license, and board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery. Must have malpractice insurance.
