We are seeking an orthopedic surgeon as a 1099 independent contractor to provide on-site care during 4-hour weekly or biweekly shifts. Responsibilities include managing complex patients, facilitating return to work, and collaborating with medical teams for non-surgical and surgical treatments related to musculoskeletal injuries. You will also communicate with employers and participate in case management.
Qualifications include experience with work-related injuries, valid licensure, board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery, and malpractice insurance. Flexibility to accommodate private practice schedules is preferred.
