We are seeking an orthopedic surgeon as a 1099 independent contractor to provide on-site care for approximately 4-hour shifts weekly or biweekly, complementing your practice.
Responsibilities include managing complex patients, facilitating return to work, and collaborating with medical and therapy teams for both surgical and non-surgical orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal injuries. You will also communicate with employers and participate in case management, making a positive impact on patients’ lives.
Qualifications: preferred experience with work-related injuries, licensure, MD or DO degree, unrestricted DEA license, board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery, and malpractice insurance. This flexible role offers revenue share compensation and supports work-life balance.
