We seek an orthopedic surgeon as a 1099 independent contractor to provide on-site care during 4-hour weekly or biweekly shifts, supporting the management of complex patients, facilitating return to work, and collaborating with medical teams.
Responsibilities include treating patients, case management, and communication with employers, offering both surgical and non-surgical services. The role offers flexible scheduling to complement your practice, with compensation based on a revenue share model.
Qualifications include experience with work-related injuries, state licensure, MD or DO degree, unrestricted DEA license, and board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery. Must have medical malpractice insurance. Concentra is an equal opportunity employer.
