We are seeking an orthopedic surgeon as a 1099 independent contractor to provide on-site care during 4-hour weekly or biweekly shifts. The role involves managing complex patients, aiding in return-to-work and functional recovery, and collaborating with medical and therapy teams for both surgical and non-surgical treatments related to orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal injuries.
Responsibilities include flexible scheduling, case management, and communication with employers. Qualifications include experience with work-related injuries, state licensure, MD or DO graduation, unrestricted DEA license, and board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery.
