We are seeking an orthopedic surgeon as a 1099 independent contractor to provide on-site care during 4-hour shifts weekly or biweekly, complementing your current practice.
Responsibilities include managing complex patients, facilitating return to work, and collaborating with medical teams for both surgical and non-surgical orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal injuries. You will communicate with employers and participate in case management.
Qualifications:
• Experience with work-related injuries preferred
• Licensure and board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery
• Unrestricted DEA license
• Medical malpractice insurance
