We are seeking an orthopedic surgeon as a 1099 independent contractor to provide on-site care during 4-hour weekly or biweekly shifts, complementing your current practice.
The role involves managing complex patients, facilitating return to work, and collaborating with medical and therapy teams for both surgical and non-surgical treatments of orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal injuries. You will also communicate with employers and participate in case management.
Qualifications include experience with work-related injuries, licensure, board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery, and malpractice insurance. This flexible position offers revenue share compensation and promotes equal employment opportunity.
