Registered Nurse (RN) – Orthopedic Medical-Surgical
Provide high-quality, patient-centered care as part of an Orthopedic Medical-Surgical team in a full-service hospital environment. Manage a diverse caseload, support healing-focused care practices, and uphold patient safety and clinical standards.
Key Duties
- Assess patients, monitor vital signs, and evaluate condition changes.
- Deliver direct nursing care and coordinate treatment with the care team.
- Assist with surgical procedures and provide perioperative nursing support.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with care protocols.
- Promote safe care practices and patient safety throughout the clinical setting.
Qualifications & Skills
- Active RN licensure.
- Strong medical-surgical nursing knowledge with emphasis on orthopedic patients.
- Ability to manage multiple patients while maintaining accuracy and safety.
- Effective communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills.
- Comfort assisting in procedures and supporting surgical teams.
