Overview:
This PRN oral surgery role offers flexible scheduling, with 1-2 days per month, and compensation ranging from $1,200 to $5,000 daily, based on a guaranteed minimum or a percentage of adjusted production. The position includes company-paid malpractice insurance, no lab fees, and 401(k) benefits.
Responsibilities:
Perform third molar extractions, including impacted cases, and provide surgical and complex extractions as needed. Deliver efficient, safe, and patient-centered oral surgery care in a well-supported environment. Collaborate with dental teams to ensure compliance and quality care.
Qualifications:
Require DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited program, completion of an accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency, active dental license or eligibility, current BLS, ACLS, DEA, and relevant state credentials. Candidates should demonstrate compassion and a desire to serve in a community dental setting.
Key Skills & Environment:
Proficiency with DentaPro software, digital x-ray and Panorex units, and support from trained dental assistants.
