OR Circulator – Clinical Nurse

Role Overview: Provides direct patient care including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing care standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, medication, and post-treatment needs.

Ensures patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while participating in professional development.

Develops, implements, and documents personalized care plans collaboratively with the healthcare team, patients, and families.

Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and cultural considerations.

Works in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining constant alertness to ensure safety.

Qualifications & Skills:

Educational requirements: Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree; Bachelor’s preferred.
Licenses: Registered Nurse (RN).
Experience: No prior experience required; 2+ years preferred.

Additional Requirements: OR experience is a plus.
