Clinical Nurse – Operating Room
Provide expert perioperative nursing care in an inclusive, patient-focused, mission-driven environment. Serve as a circulator and/or scrub nurse for diverse surgical cases, ensuring strict aseptic technique, accurate patient monitoring, and safe surgical outcomes.
Key Duties
- Circulate and/or scrub for surgical procedures
- Maintain sterile field integrity and infection prevention practices
- Monitor patients and support anesthesia/surgical teams with accurate observations
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and multidisciplinary staff to coordinate care
- Support patients and families throughout the surgical experience
Qualifications & Skills
- Registered nurse with perioperative/OR experience and strong clinical judgment
- Ability to work effectively in high-acuity, fast-paced settings
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with surgical and anesthesia teams
- Commitment to patient safety, quality, and compassionate care
