Travel Operating Room RN
Provide high-quality perioperative nursing care in the Operating Room by circulating and/or scrubbing for a variety of surgical procedures. Maintain strict sterile technique, adhere to infection-control and patient safety standards, and support clean, efficient surgical workflows.
Key Duties
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and OR staff to deliver coordinated patient care.
- Monitor patients during procedures and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain a sterile field and perform role-specific responsibilities as assigned (circulating and/or scrubbing).
- Ensure accurate documentation and proper communication with the care team.
Qualifications & Skills
- Registered Nurse (RN) with perioperative/OR experience.
- Strong knowledge of infection control, aseptic technique, and OR safety practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-acuity, fast-paced surgical environment.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and attention to detail for documentation accuracy.
