Join the surgical team as an Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN OR), delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a modern medical environment. The RN OR partners with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and interdisciplinary staff to support safe, efficient surgical procedures and successful outcomes.
Key duties
- Prepare operating rooms, equipment, and supplies; maintain sterile technique.
- Assist during procedures by anticipating needs and supporting surgical workflow.
- Monitor patients’ status, recognize changes, and escalate concerns promptly.
- Administer and manage medications and therapies per protocol and provider orders.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to support documentation and quality/safety standards.
- Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & skills
- Current RN license and ability to function as a circulating and/or scrub nurse as needed.
- Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with perioperative nursing practices and sterile field management.
