Provide professional nursing care to assigned patients in the operating room using the nursing process. Coordinate patient care with other departments and specialty teams, including orthopedics, neurology, and general surgery, with opportunities for cross-training.

- Assess patient needs and develop, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans in the operating room.
- Coordinate care across departments and collaborate with surgical and specialty teams.
- Protect patient rights and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Evaluate the care delivered by direct caregivers and ensure appropriate standards of practice.
- Support continuity of care and effective communication throughout the perioperative environment.
Qualifications & Skills
- Registered nursing license and strong perioperative nursing knowledge.
