RN – Acute Care Oncology
Provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care for adult oncology patients in an acute care setting.
Key Duties
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing monitoring
- Administer chemotherapy and other supportive treatments safely
- Manage and care for central lines
- Coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team
- Educate patients and families on treatment, care plans, and self-management
Qualifications & Skills
- Active RN licensure
- Oncology/acute care experience and strong clinical judgment
- Ability to administer complex therapies and manage related complications
- Proficiency in central line care and infection prevention
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient-centered bedside manner
