RN – Acute Care Oncology
Provide compassionate, evidence-based acute care to adult oncology patients. Perform comprehensive patient assessments and deliver chemotherapy and supportive treatments according to established protocols.
- Administer chemotherapy and other supportive therapies safely and accurately
- Manage and care for central lines
- Coordinate and communicate with multidisciplinary care teams to support patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on treatment, safety, and ongoing care needs
- Monitor patients, recognize changes in condition, and respond appropriately
Qualifications & Skills
- Current RN licensure with experience in acute care/oncology preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, medication administration, and patient monitoring skills
- Ability to safely administer oncology therapies and manage central line care
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient education skills
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
