Oncology/Infusion RN (Full-Time) (Days)

Role Overview: Provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing care standards.


  • Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
  • Participates in activities that enhance patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, while engaging in professional development.
  • Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans with clear goals, collaborating with the healthcare team, patients, and families.
  • Utilizes critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences, values, and cultural considerations.
  • Works in a safety-sensitive role, maintaining alertness and safe practices at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree; Bachelor’s preferred.
  • Licenses: Valid RN license.
  • Experience: No minimum required; 2+ years preferred for advanced roles.
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient advocacy skills.
