Occupational Therapy Team Leader
Role Overview:
Lead and support the occupational therapy team, assisting with daily operations such as scheduling, training, and communication. Provide direct patient care, assessing individual physical, mental, and emotional needs to facilitate recovery and celebrate patient progress. Foster a collaborative environment to ensure seamless treatment implementation and personalized care.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director of Therapy Operations in team management and coordination
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered therapy services
- Build strong relationships with patients to support their rehabilitation goals
- Ensure adherence to procedures and treatment protocols
Qualifications & Skills:
- Current licensure or certification per state requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in therapy from an accredited program
- Minimum of three years in occupational therapy or leadership, with at least two years of clinical experience
- CPR certification (or obtained within 30 days of hire)
- Preferred: Therapy Clinical Ladder participation or specialty certifications
