Role: Occupational Therapist Registered in a senior living community.
Responsibilities:
- Assess residents’ functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic interventions to enhance safety, independence, and quality of life.
- Collaborate with nursing, rehab, and care teams to coordinate care.
- Educate residents and families on treatment goals and progress.
- Document progress in compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
