Occupational Therapist – PRN

Role: Home Health Occupational Therapist responsible for providing personalized rehabilitation care in patients’ homes to improve strength, mobility, and independence.


  • Responsibilities: Assessing patient skills, developing therapeutic programs, administering tests, collaborating with healthcare team, delivering treatments, reviewing plans, designing community reintegration activities, recommending adaptive equipment, training staff and family, supervising therapy assistants and aides, and documenting care and progress.
  • Qualifications: Current OT licensure, CPR certification, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation. Preferred: minimum six months of OT experience and home health background.
  • Skills: Strong assessment and treatment planning, teamwork, communication, documentation, and patient education.

Additional Info: Compensation ranges from $85,400 to $117,500 annually. The role involves patient-facing duties, TB screening, and adherence to driver safety policies. Benefits include paid time off, retirement plans, and wellness programs.
