In this role, you will assess patients’ daily living and work-related skills, develop and implement therapeutic retraining programs, and collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to create and revise care plans.
You will provide therapeutic treatments to improve strength, coordination, and range of motion, while designing community reintegration activities and recommending adaptive equipment to enhance patient independence.
Supervising and instructing occupational therapy assistants and aides, documenting patient progress, and participating in discharge planning are key responsibilities.
Qualifications include: current unrestricted OT licensure, CPR certification, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.
Preferred experience includes at least six months in occupational therapy and home health settings.
This role involves patient-facing activities, adherence to TB screening, and driver safety programs. Compensation ranges from $85,400 to $117,500 annually, with benefits supporting overall well-being.
