Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements individualized treatment plans considering discharge needs and functional goals.
- Educates and collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare teams; makes referrals to specialists as needed.
- Delegates tasks to assistants, techs, and students, assessing their competency levels.
- Completes documentation in accordance with departmental policies.
- Provides assessments, reassessments, and consultations for occupational therapy services.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
- Preferred Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
