We are seeking a Part-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) with outpatient neuro experience to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient setting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing, planning, and implementing rehabilitative programs to restore or improve function in daily activities, mobility, cognition, strength, coordination, and range of motion.
- Developing treatment plans in collaboration with physicians, patients, and families; selecting appropriate therapies; and revising goals as needed.
- Providing patient and family education, discharge instructions, follow-up, and making referrals to community resources.
- Documenting evaluations, treatment sessions, and discharge plans per departmental standards.
- Adhering to ethical practices, maintaining confidentiality, ensuring safety, and participating in team meetings and continuous professional development.
Qualifications include: a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy, current OT licensure, BLS certification, and effective communication, customer service, team collaboration, and basic computer skills.
