We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) with outpatient neuro experience to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient setting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing, planning, and implementing rehabilitative programs to improve daily activities, mobility, cognition, strength, coordination, and range of motion.
- Developing and adjusting individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and physicians.
- Educating patients and families, providing discharge instructions, and referring to community resources.
- Documenting evaluations, treatment sessions, and discharge plans in compliance with departmental standards.
- Ensuring adherence to ethical practices, confidentiality, infection control, and departmental policies.
- Delivering excellent customer service by fostering teamwork, applying communication principles, and supporting positive patient experiences.
- Participating in professional development, mandatory education, and training activities to maintain licensure and skills.
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Licensing as an Occupational Therapist and BLS certification required at hire.
- Effective communication, customer service orientation, teamwork, and basic computer skills.
