We are seeking a Part-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) with outpatient neuro experience to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient setting.
Key responsibilities include:
Assessing, planning, and implementing rehabilitative programs to improve daily activities, mobility, cognition, strength, and coordination. Developing and revising treatment plans collaboratively with patients and families. Providing patient and family education, discharge instructions, follow-up, and referrals. Documenting evaluations, treatment sessions, and discharge plans according to departmental standards. Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining confidentiality. Participating in team meetings, professional development, and mandatory training. Promoting excellent customer service using AIDET principles and fostering a positive environment. Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
– Licensure as an Occupational Therapist
– BLS certification
– Effective communication, teamwork, customer service skills, and basic computer proficiency.
