Role Overview
An Occupational Therapist is responsible for providing skilled pediatric therapy services, focusing on development and feeding for infants in NICU, Early Intervention, or outpatient settings.
- Establishes and implements individualized treatment plans considering discharge needs and appropriate equipment.
- Educates and collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare providers, making referrals as needed.
- Delegates tasks to assistants, techs, and students, ensuring interventions meet patient needs.
- Completes documentation per departmental policies.
- Provides assessments, reassessments, and consultations for occupational therapy services.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) certification required.
- No prior experience necessary; supervision experience not required.

Additional Information
