Occupational Therapist – NICU

Role Overview:

Seeking a licensed or registered Occupational Therapist to provide skilled pediatric occupational therapy services, primarily in NICU, Early Intervention, or outpatient settings, focusing on development and feeding for infants and children.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, educating families and healthcare teams, collaborating with other providers, delegating tasks to assistants and students, and documenting care in accordance with policies.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy and licensure. Preferred candidates have a Master’s Degree.

Skills required involve clinical assessment, treatment planning, communication, and team collaboration.

Key duties encompass establishing treatment plans, providing therapy, educating families, delegating appropriately, and documenting care.
