Role Overview:
Seeking a licensed or registered Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide direct patient care in the home environment, including assessment, evaluation, treatment planning, implementation, and supervision of occupational therapy activities based on physician orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Instruct patients and families on treatment procedures and assist with use of supportive devices.
- Re-evaluate patients and modify treatment plans to maximize benefits.
- Collaborate with physicians and other practitioners to integrate therapy into overall patient care.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy (OT).
- Valid Driver’s License and Occupational Therapist licensure.
- No prior experience required; supervision experience is not mandatory.
