Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans under supervision, assisting with vocational and community reintegration programs, designing and fabricating adaptive equipment, providing patient and family education, documenting progress, and participating in care coordination and discharge planning.
Qualifications required are current and unrestricted OTA licensure, CPR certification, a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation. Preferred experience includes at least six months as an OTA and home health experience.
Additional requirements involve TB screening and adherence to driver safety policies. The role offers a competitive salary ranging from $64,000 to $87,500 annually, along with comprehensive benefits supporting overall well-being.
