Role Overview:
Seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to provide skilled inpatient services in an acute care hospital setting, focusing on personalized patient care and functional outcomes.
- Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans considering discharge needs and equipment.
- Educate and collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams; refer to specialists as necessary.
- Delegate tasks to assistants, techs, and students, ensuring appropriate skill levels.
- Complete documentation per departmental policies.
- Conduct assessments, re-evaluations, and consultations for occupational therapy services.
- Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy required; Master’s Degree preferred.
- Valid Occupational Therapist license.
- No prior experience required; supervision experience is not mandatory.
