Role Overview
Seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to provide skilled inpatient services in an acute care hospital setting. The OT will evaluate patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Responsibilities include educating patients, delegating tasks to assistants, and completing documentation per departmental policies.
- Establish treatment plans considering discharge needs and equipment.
- Conduct assessments, reassessments, and consultations.
- Provide education and make referrals to specialists as needed.
- Delegate interventions to support staff appropriately.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Current Occupational Therapist license.
- No prior experience required; supervision experience not necessary.
- Preferred: Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy.
