We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-home therapy services in Montrose, CO.
Key responsibilities include:
- Evaluating clients and delivering Occupational Therapy based on physician orders
- Supervising and managing therapy assistants and aides in client care
- Planning, implementing, coordinating, and evaluating therapy services
- Handling administrative duties such as scheduling, transportation, and documentation
- Ensuring compliance with state Occupational Therapy Practice Act
Qualifications:
- Valid Colorado Occupational Therapist license
- Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program or eligible for certification
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and means of transportation
