Travel Allied Occupational Therapist (Outpatient)
Provide evidence-based occupational therapy services in outpatient settings across the U.S. Conduct patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver individualized 1:1 interventions to improve functional independence.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform OT assessments and evaluations
- Create and implement treatment plans based on clinical needs
- Deliver patient-focused therapy to restore daily living and functional abilities
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Educate patients and families on therapy goals and home strategies
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation
- Use a digital platform to support compliance and assignment management
Qualifications & Skills
- Licensed Occupational Therapist with clinical OT competency
- Strong assessment and treatment planning abilities
- Excellent patient communication and education skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based, fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with accurate EMR documentation practices
