Plant Nurse provides on-site healthcare and wellness support for employees in manufacturing facilities. The role manages occupational health services, helps implement and maintain health and safety standards, and delivers emergency care to protect worker safety and support a productive environment.
Key Duties
- Assess employees’ health needs and provide appropriate nursing care
- Manage occupational health services and support health surveillance activities
- Implement and reinforce workplace health and safety standards
- Provide prompt emergency first aid/triage when incidents occur
- Promote a safety-first culture through proactive, empathetic healthcare
- Partner with operations and safety teams to support operational excellence
Qualifications & Skills
- Licensed nursing qualification with experience in occupational or industrial healthcare
- Strong clinical judgment, assessment, and emergency response skills
- Knowledge of health and safety practices and workplace risk awareness
- Empathetic, proactive approach to employee well-being
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
