Key Responsibilities
- Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and routine compliance checks.
- Investigate incidents and assist with root-cause analysis.
- Ensure adherence to applicable OSHA, healthcare safety, and accreditation standards.
- Develop, deliver, and maintain safety training for staff.
- Support emergency preparedness activities and readiness planning.
- Analyze incident and safety trend data; identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Recommend and help implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with clinical and support teams to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
- Knowledge of healthcare safety practices, OSHA regulations, and accreditation expectations.
