We are seeking multiple board-certified or eligible Obstetrician/Gynecologists to join a growing practice across Dallas, Fort Worth, and Beaumont, TX.
- Provide full-scope outpatient OB/GYN care with diverse surgical options.
- Enjoy more days off, manageable call shifts, and team backup coverage.
- Collaborate with a comprehensive care team, including specialists in lactation, education, and mental health.
- Utilize innovative technology to enhance patient engagement and efficiency.
- Perform gynecological surgeries at office and hospital facilities.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure excellent patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and manage patient inboxes promptly.
Qualifications include active TX license, DEA license, and at least one year of experience preferred. Schedule features a 1:4 call rotation, 2.5 clinic days, and one surgery day weekly. Compensation ranges from $300,000 to $350,000 annually, with benefits such as medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off, parental leave, and professional development support.
