The OB/GYN, Gynecologist role is a full-time, exempt position based at a medical clinic in Bay City, TX, reporting to the CEO.
Licensed medical doctor specializing in women’s health, pregnancy, and reproductive care, including diagnosis, treatment, and preventive services. Provides prenatal, delivery, postpartum care, and manages female health issues like cancer, pelvic disorders, and hormonal imbalances. Supervises clinical staff, participates in quality improvement, compliance, and community outreach, and acts as a liaison with the local medical community. Performs examinations, diagnostic testing, patient counseling, referrals, and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams. Coordinates with hospitals for delivery, surgery, and specialist consultations. Engages in continuing education and after-hours on-call duties. Requires Texas medical license, board certification, strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Benefits include malpractice coverage, bonuses, insurance, and paid leave.
