The OB/GYN, Gynecologist position is a full-time, exempt role based at a medical clinic in Bay City, TX, reporting to the CEO.
Licensed Texas medical doctor specializing in women’s health, pregnancy, and reproductive care. Responsible for diagnosing, treating, and preventing female health issues, including cancer screenings, pelvic and hormonal disorders, and prenatal care. Performs examinations, orders diagnostics, provides counseling, and coordinates with specialists. Leads clinical staff, ensures compliance with standards, and participates in quality improvement and community outreach. Obtains hospital privileges for deliveries and surgeries, and provides after-hours on-call support. Requires board certification, strong organizational and communication skills, and ethical standards. Benefits include malpractice insurance, bonuses, health and life insurance, and paid time off.
