We are seeking a licensed OB/GYN to provide comprehensive women’s health care at our Bay City, TX clinic.
Responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing female health issues, including pregnancy, reproductive, hormonal, and related conditions. Conducts examinations, orders diagnostics, counsels patients on preventive care, and refers to specialists when needed. Performs obstetric care from prenatal to postpartum, monitors mother and fetus health, and coordinates hospital privileges for deliveries and surgeries. Leads clinical staff, ensures compliance with standards, and participates in quality improvement and community outreach. Acts as liaison with local medical community, supervises staff, and participates in ongoing education. Provides on-call after hours and weekend support, with some travel for conferences. Qualifications: Texas-licensed, board-certified physician with strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Benefits: Malpractice coverage, performance bonus, insurance, paid holidays, sick leave. Salary ranges from $275,000 to $350,000 annually. This is a full-time, in-person position.
