The OB/GYN position is a full-time, exempt role based at a medical clinic in Bay City, TX, reporting to the CEO.
Licensed and board-certified medical doctor specializing in women’s health, pregnancy, and reproductive care. Responsible for diagnosing, treating, and preventing female health issues such as cancer, hormonal, urinary, and pelvic disorders, and providing prenatal, delivery, and postpartum care. Performs patient examinations, diagnostic tests, counseling, and referral to specialists as needed. Leads clinical staff, ensures compliance with standards, and participates in quality improvement initiatives and community outreach. Obtains hospital privileges for deliveries and surgeries, and coordinates care with other medical providers. Provides after-hours on-call support and engages in ongoing education and travel for conferences. Requirements include: Medical license in Texas, good organizational and communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects. Benefits include malpractice insurance, performance bonus, health/life insurance, and paid holidays. Salary ranges from $275,000 to $350,000 annually.
