The OB/GYN role is a full-time, exempt position based at a medical clinic in Bay City, TX, reporting to the CEO.
Licensed physician specializing in women’s health, pregnancy, and reproductive care, including diagnosis, treatment, prenatal care, delivery, and postpartum support. Responsible for patient exams, medical histories, diagnostic tests, and coordinating care with specialists. Provides health counseling, develops health programs, and ensures compliance with standards and regulations. Supervises clinical staff, participates in quality improvement, and maintains hospital privileges for procedures. Engages in community outreach and after-hours on-call duties. Requires board certification, Texas licensure, strong organizational and communication skills, and ability to handle multiple projects.
