The OB/GYN position is a full-time, exempt role based at a medical clinic in Bay City, TX, reporting to the CEO.
Licensed physician focusing on women’s health, including general care, pregnancy, and reproductive issues. Responsible for diagnosis, treatment, preventive care, and surgical procedures related to female health. Provides prenatal, delivery, and postpartum care, monitoring mother and fetus health. Supervises clinical staff, participates in quality assurance, compliance, and community outreach. Coordinates with hospitals, specialists, and community resources; maintains hospital privileges. Engages in staff education, clinical efficiency improvements, and policy development. Provides after-hours on-call and occasional travel for conferences. Requirements: Medical license in Texas, board certification, strong organizational and communication skills, and adherence to ethical standards.
