We offer flexible arrangements, including negotiations for full-time hospitalist positions with 10-12 shifts per month. The L&D unit handles around 100 deliveries monthly, with a Level 2 nursery and transfer options to a Level 3 facility for high-risk or pre-32-week cases. Responsibilities include managing L&D and postpartum patients, triage, responding to consults, considering transfers, and discharge planning using Epic EMR. Surgical assistance is always available.
