Seeking a full-time Nursing Supervisor in Weirton, WV to oversee mental health and behavioral services for individuals with psychiatric, intellectual, and developmental disabilities.
Requires RN license (WV license or eligibility) with supervisory experience.
Responsible for supervising nursing services, completing Person Care Certifications, developing care plans, medication training, and record keeping.
Must assess situations independently, work effectively both independently and as part of a team, and sometimes provide staff relief.
Ensures compliance with ethical standards, maintains accurate reports, and communicates effectively.
Position reports directly to the CEO and involves working at one location with flexible schedules.
