We are seeking a full-time Nursing Supervisor in Weirton, WV to oversee mental health and behavioral health services.
Must hold or be eligible for a WV RN license with supervisory experience. Supervise nursing services, coordinate care plans, and ensure proper medication management. Provide staff relief and training, maintain accurate records, and adhere to ethical standards. Require knowledge of mental illness, behavioral sciences, and treatment of clients with psychiatric or developmental disabilities. Strong assessment, independent judgment, communication skills, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential.
