RN Designee supports nursing leadership in an assisted living and memory care community by coordinating resident care and guiding clinical teams to deliver safe, person-centered services for residents with dementia.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee individualized resident care and care planning.
- Support clinical team guidance to promote quality outcomes and safety.
- Help ensure medication services are properly administered and managed.
- Assist with staff training related to clinical practices and person-centered dementia care.
- Support regulatory compliance and adherence to applicable standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Registered Nurse with experience in long-term care and/or memory care preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to lead and collaborate with care teams.
- Ability to support individualized care plans for residents with dementia.
- Knowledge of medication management practices and compliance requirements.
- Commitment to safe, compassionate, person-centered care.
