Role: RN Designee
Responsibilities:
- Support nursing leadership at an assisted living and memory care community.
- Coordinate resident care and guide clinical teams to ensure high-quality, person-centered services.
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans for residents with dementia.
- Oversee medication services, staff training, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Promote a safe and supportive environment for residents through effective supervision and care delivery.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Licensed RN with appropriate licensure.
- Knowledge of dementia care and assisted living operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to support and guide clinical staff in a collaborative manner.
- Commitment to person-centered care and regulatory compliance.
